Capacity Development Support Activity
About the Project:
This project is supporting MENACatalyst (Palestine Catalyst) with a $25,000 grant to enhance its organizational capacity. The project aims to strengthen project management, monitoring and evaluation, and advocacy capabilities through training, tool development, and equipment procurement. This investment will enable MENACatalyst to more effectively implement its programs and achieve its goals.

Methodology:
1. Assess: Conduct a needs assessment to identify specific areas for improvement.
2. Train: Provide training on project management, monitoring and evaluation, proposal writing, and fundraising.
3. Develop: Create essential tools, such as a strategic plan and implementation plan.
4. Equip: Procure necessary equipment to support project activities.
5. Monitor: Track project progress and measure outcomes.
6. Share: Document and share lessons learned with others.
