MENACatalyst Kicks Off its 5th Demo Event at London Tech Week
London, UK, June 12, 2019 – MENACatalyst and accompanying startups had the great opportunity to take part in London Tech Week’s Global Ecosystems Summit 2.0 Showcase & Matchmaking Session. GES is a cross-ecosystems platform for international startups to put their respective ecosystems on display, but more importantly to make strategic connections and establish transformational collaborations and secure potential investments with some of the world’s leading industry partners.
This year’s summit included an exhibitor zone which showcased the technological strides and innovations emerging from tech hubs around the world. The matchmaking session allowed participating startups to take advantage of one-to-one meetings with high profile investors and corporate leaders who know what it takes to succeed in UK markets.
Participants took the opportunity to pitch their startups to a roomful of some of the UK’s most prominent entrepreneurs, business professionals, investors, and industry leaders committed to supporting the next generation of emerging startups on a global scale. Afterward, participants were able to engage in productive discussions with attendees to further explore potential business opportunities.
MENACatalyst and accompanying startups then attended the exclusive Global Investor & CXO Networking Reception. The reception was all about networking with startup founders, angel investors, as well as representatives from leading tech hubs and venture capital firms taking part in London Tech Week.
Exploring potential collaborations, outsourcing opportunities and gaining invaluable insight into the inner workings of international based accelerators and venture capital firms was only a fraction of the impact this event had on participating startups. Gaining invaluable exposure to new markets, making strategic connections with leading industry partners, and the knowledge to integrate into UK markets are game-changing opportunities needed for Palestinian startups to achieve next level success.
