Mahmoud Nazzal

Mahmoud brings 20 years of experience in managing multi-million-dollar grants and leading development projects with both local and international NGOs. His work focuses on the social and economic empowerment of women and youth. He has extensive experience in Early Childhood Development (ECD), Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), STEM education, employment and career development services, as well as support for MSMEs and work-based learning initiatives—including internships, apprenticeships, and life skills training. Mahmoud has contributed to strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems, youth and women-led cooperatives, and enhancing the 21st-century skills of young women and men. He has a strong track record in project management at both strategic and operational levels, including planning, supervision, MEAL, business development, and technical and financial reporting. Additionally, he has actively participated in trainings, conferences, and events, and holds memberships in several prominent national, regional, and international non-governmental entities.
Mahmoud holds a Master degree in Scientific computing from Birzeit University and earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer science/ Business administration from Al Quds University in East Jerusalem.
