Ghassan Amayra is founder and director of MENACatalyst Foundation (http://www.menacatalyst.org/), which develops enterprises across Palestine through strategic diaspora and local talent networks. A development expert, corporate intrapreneur, and social entrepreneur, he empowers vulnerable communities to become active drivers of their own development.

Ghassan conceived MENACatalyst to harness Palestinian diaspora networks for community-driven development, moving beyond traditional aid dependency.

Under his leadership, MENACatalyst operates across Palestine, Sweden, and the United States, pioneering cross-border partnerships that bridge local entrepreneurs with successful Palestinian diaspora leaders.

Ghassan is a recognized thought leader on diaspora-driven entrepreneurship with strategic partnerships including GIZ, KOICA, Drosos Foundation, Welfare Association, Asfari Foundation, and others.
