Unlocking international markets, Palestinian startups head to the UK
Startups the world over vie for strategic investments to scale their startups. While this is an essential part of a startups life cycle, market access is without a doubt just as important. This is why MENACatalyst takes Palestinian startups on game changing international Demo Events to make strategic connections with major industry players and learn the ins and outs of integrating into key markets around the world.
From diaspora investment events in Santiago, Chile, to partnerships with entrepreneurial launching pads across the MENA region, MENACatalyst has now set their sights on London. To make this happen, MENACatalyst has partnered up with a group of committed stakeholders supporting development and growth in Palestine and the greater MENA region, these include The Palestinian Mission to the UK, British Consulate – General Jerusalem, Arab-British Chamber of Commerce (ABCC), Palestine British Business Council, UK:MENA Hub, and Mowgli Mentoring.
For four days (10th – 14th) of June 2019, MENACatalyst has selected some of the most-high potential startups led by Palestinian from all over the world, to take part in the leading-edge London Tech Week. During London Tech Week, startups from all over the world come together to participate in a series of transformational events that showcase the talent and innovation dominating the tech world today. From summits hosted by business leading innovators and business professionals, to highly sought after networking events with the major industry players, and a range of seminars aimed at empowering the tech leaders of tomorrow with the know-how to dominate in their fields, London Tech Week is the obvious destination for Palestinian startups vying to make a name for themselves while integrating into international markets.
MENACatalyst is joining the tech revolution and is flying some of the most promising technology based startups led by Palestinians from around the world out to London to take full advantage of the endless opportunities presented during London Tech Week. Participating statups will not only participate in jointly hosted events with MENACatalyst and the Palestinian diaspora, UK:MENA Hub, ABCC, but events that are individually tailored for startups in some of the fastest growing sectors dominating international markets.
MENACatalyst’s Demo Events are life changing experiences to say the least. Creating a platform where Palestinian led startups can actually connect with and learn from some of the most influential business professionals and innovators shaping the future as we know it, is only a fraction of the impact. What startups really take away is the opportunity to learn how to access international and regional markets which is essential for the viability of any startup.
